1. Who we are
Konciencia Atomica Ltd ("Konciencia", "we") is a company registered in New Zealand (NZBN 9429050260805), based at 38 Daniel Parade, Mangawhai 0975, New Zealand. Phone: +64 21 678 309. We offer education and coaching programs in health, habits and lifestyle: VIP, VIP Community and KAMBio, through the websites konciencia.me and kambio.me and the Konciencia app.
We are responsible for your personal data. Privacy contact: info@konciencia.me.
2. Our commitment
- We collect only what we need to support you.
- We never sell your data.
- Health and genetic data are processed only with your explicit consent and only for your coaching.
- You can access, correct, export or delete your data whenever you like.
3. What data we collect
Data you give us
- Contact: name, email, WhatsApp, country, language, time zone.
- Free consultation: what you want to change, how you heard about us, the date and time booked.
- App account: login and preferences.
- Program (VIP and KAMBio): answers to the routine and goals questionnaire, habits, tasks, notes, calendar and messages.
- Health data (sensitive data): health history, medication and supplements you tell us about, blood test values and, if you choose the genetic test, your results (VIP).
- Payments: the plan chosen and payment history. Card details are processed by Stripe; we neither see nor store them. VIP payments by bank transfer or Wise generate only the record of the payment.
Data from devices you connect (with your authorisation)
- Oura or Whoop (optional in VIP) and, in future, other devices (e.g. Garmin, Apple Watch): resting heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, sleep (total time, deep sleep, REM, bedtime), steps and readiness. You can disconnect at any time.
- Google Calendar (optional): only to schedule your tasks and sessions.
Video sessions
- VIP sessions and the free consultation are held on Zoom. We record and transcribe the sessions, with your consent. The transcription is done by Zoom itself and is used to prepare the personal report you receive after each session and to follow your progress. You can ask for a session not to be recorded, or for a recording to be deleted, at any time.
Data collected automatically on the websites
- Technical data (browser type, pages visited, language, approximate country) and cookies — see section 10.

5. Artificial intelligence
We use artificial intelligence tools to help us transcribe the sessions (Zoom) and to prepare summaries, reports and analyses of your habits, blood tests and Oura or Whoop data. Every report is reviewed and approved by Pauli and Rapha before it reaches you.
Your genetic data is not sent to our AI tools. The results of the genetic test are interpreted by Pauli and Rapha. The laboratory that processes the test has its own privacy policy and technology, which you accept when you take the test.
We do not make automated decisions with legal or significant effects on you. We may use ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic), always with the option not to use your data to train models switched on. These providers process the data only to provide the service to us.
6. Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us deliver the service, under contract and with appropriate safeguards:

We may also share data if the law requires it. We never sell or rent personal data.
7. International transfers
We are a New Zealand company. Our database is located in Brazil (Supabase, São Paulo region). Some providers process data in other countries, mainly the USA (for example, Zoom, Stripe, SelfDecode and the AI providers). If you take the genetic test in Brazil, your genetic file is sent to SelfDecode, in the USA, with your consent. When this happens, we use safeguards comparable to those required by New Zealand law, the LGPD and the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
8. How long we keep it
- Consultation leads who do not become clients: up to 12 months.
- Program and health data: for as long as you are a client and for up to 2 years afterwards, so that you can come back and see your progress — or less, if you ask us to delete it.
- Payment records: for the period required by New Zealand tax law (7 years).
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
9. Your rights
You can, at any time:
- access your data and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data (except what the law requires us to keep);
- withdraw consent for health, genetic or Oura data, and for communications;
- export your data (portability);
- object to a use or ask for it to be restricted.
To exercise these rights, write to info@konciencia.me. We reply within 15 days.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country:

- European Union: your country's authority
10. Cookies
- Essential: language, session and security. Always active.
- Analytics: only with your permission, to understand how the site is used.
- Marketing: only with your permission, we use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google pixels to measure our ads and show relevant content. They record page visits and actions such as booking a consultation or subscribing to KAMBio. We never send them health data, form answers or any data from the app. The app has no marketing pixels.
You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookies" link in the footer.
11. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control (only you and your coaches see your health data) and secure authentication. If there is a security incident that could cause serious harm, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
12. Minors
Our services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Important changes will be communicated by email or in the app before they take effect.
